Pay Your Rent on Time!
Rent is due in our office on or before the 3rd of each month. If we receive your rent on the 4th, it is late. We do not go off of a postmark, but when we have rent in hand. So get it in on or before the 3rd!
Ask for a Pre-Move Out Inspection!
It’s your right! We want to help you get your property in shape before your move out so that we can refund as much (or all!) of your security deposit as possible.
